Module 1
Module 1 of the boot camp will cover an overview of the electric vehicle powertrain, traction motors, controllers, cell technology, BMS, thermal management systems, EV HVAC system, chargers & other power electronic components. By the end of Module 1, the learner will be able to gain the basic exposure to EV components & technologies.

Module 2
Module 2 of the boot camp will cover hands-on calculations for Motor sizing (Motor speed & Torque), Battery sizing (Capacity & C rate), Transmission sizing, Range estimation, Conductor sizing & more. By the end of Module 2, the learner will be able to gain essential exposure to EV component sizing to build an electric vehicle.
EV testing & data acquisition
Module 3
Module 3 of the boot camp will cover Vehicle testing protocols, Vehicle testing equipment
Data acquisition tools, Vehicle testing procedure, Drive cycle development for test cases, Comparison of Simulation & real-time test results, compare the impact of various road scenarios on energy consumption, Optimization of model and vehicle. By the end of Module 3, the learner will be able to gain essential exposure to EV testing wrt to simulation.
