What will you do?

Step 1: Upskilling

Our team will assess your Interest and Assign you the learning path. (Take part in courses/internship programs)


Step 2: Empowering Learners in your network

By completing Step 1, You will know the Benefits & Value-Addition brought by Decibels Programmes. You will further Lead the below activities to benefit the outcomes to other students. You will,


1) Host Webinars at your college or city to create awareness on Project-Based Learning 

2) Expand the CAP local chapters through diverse collaborations 

3) Build a Team & Lead the operations for events/activities in your city 

4) Impact more student's life through Decibels activities & courses


Step 3: Impact & leadership

You will work closely with the Decibels team to ensure all learners are happy & they succeed in learning at Decibels. You will support the learners to build more projects, you address when the learners get stuck & bring up creative ideas to enhance the Learning Experience.
