Welcome to the Industry Partnered Center of Excellence in Electric Vehicle Technology at DKTE Society's Textile & Engineering Institute, Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra! Our state-of-the-art facility was inaugurated on April 6th, 2022, with a mission to advance education and research in the dynamic field of electric vehicles (EVs).

The lab setup comprises cutting-edge equipment and facilities aimed at providing hands-on learning experiences and fostering innovation in EV technology. Key labs includes:

Our labs are designed to cater to the diverse needs of students, researchers, and industry professionals interested in EVs. From fundamental Cell testing and characterization to advanced projects in EV charger development and motor controller functionality, our centre offers a comprehensive platform for exploring every aspect of EV technology.

Looking ahead, we envision expanding our partnerships, offering specialized training programs, and driving collaborative research initiatives to accelerate the adoption of sustainable mobility solutions. The lab at DKTE Society's Textile & Engineering Institute offers students industry-relevant skills and hands-on experience in electric vehicle technology. It also supports faculty research and development, especially for M.Tech students. Our lab is designed for future upgrades, fostering enhanced product development and research in EV technology and sustainable mobility solutions.
