Course Overview

The PL-2 Electric Vehicle Technology Program, conducted for Tata Motors at Decibels Lab's COE in Bengaluru over three months, is a comprehensive training designed to empower participants with a deep understanding of EV systems and technologies. This program covers a wide array of topics, including EV architecture, Li-ion batteries, BMS, traction motors and controllers, thermal systems, in-vehicle networking, LV & HV architectures, EMI/EMC, functional safety (ISO 26262), and EV testing standards. Participants also gain hands-on experience with practical sessions on motor and battery pack teardown, BMS integration, thermal management systems, and CAN protocols.
