About this Micro-Specialization

In this micro-specialization, you will learn the functioning & technology behind all the component of EV, Understand the physics based modeling with the help of simulation software, industry approach to build the powertrain model & analyse it for various drive cycles & vehicle target performances to decide traction motor sizing (Torque & RPM, Power, Operating Points, Motor efficiency & Motor regeneration energy) & Traction battery sizing (Pack & Cell Current & C rating, SOC, Wh/Km, Vehicle range).

Every Micro-Specialization includes a hands-on project which will help you gain experience, than the knowledge. In the specialisation, learners will build the detailed physics based powertrain model for NISSAN Leaf, Ather electric scooter & electric formula race car along with the mentor in Live/recorded sessions and analyse the powertrain for Urban, rural, highway, grad-ability & acceleration using Scilab/Matlab software.
