Precision Testing for Accurate Cell Performance Insights

Our R&D infrastructure includes a range of advanced battery testing systems such as a 5V 100A 32-channel setup (with the ability to parallel two channels), a 5V 30A 8-channel system, a 5V 20A 8-channel setup, and a 5V 6A 16-channel configuration. Additionally, we have three thermal chambers capable of operating from -20°C to +80°C, along with a dedicated temperature-controlled room to support precise environmental testing and battery performance analysis.

Cell & Pack AC Characterisation

Advanced AC Characterization for In-Depth Battery Performance Analysis

Our testing equipment includes a Battery Impedance Meter (EIS) with a frequency range from 0.001Hz to 200kHz and a single channel for precise electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. We also have Pack ACIR (100V) with a single channel for accurate internal resistance measurements, as well as a Pack ACIR (20V) system with a single channel for low-voltage internal resistance testing, ensuring comprehensive performance analysis across various battery configurations.
