Overview of Lab Established at GLA University, Mathura


We have established the "EV-RIC (Electric Vehicle Research and Innovation Centre)" at GLA University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, commissioned on July 3rd, 2024. This state-of-the-art lab serves as a hub for students and researchers to delve into various aspects of electric vehicle (EV) technology. The facilities include:

  1. Cell Testing

  2. Battery Testing

  3. Motor and Power Electronics Evaluation

  4. Vehicle Integration Studies

  5. BMS (Battery Management System) Algorithm Development 


Students can utilize this lab for hands-on learning, conducting research projects, and gaining practical experience in EV development, making it a crucial resource for advancing their technical expertise.


The EV-RIC offers industry-application-ready training and fosters opportunities for innovation in electric transportation.
